Service Australia Agent As a part of the Services Australia, we are an agent for Centrelink and Medicare available at the Donnybrook Community Resource Centre. Please note: Staff are NOT Centrelink staff, we are able to answer questions or help fill in forms. We can also get help from Centrelink staff. A free phone and fax machine are available as well as a dedicated Centrelink computer. Government Information Booth We have a dedicated State Government Information Booth with a computer, available at no charge. Printing of State Government forms is free of charge. Commercial Printing The Donnybrook Resource Centre can do small commercial printing jobs, either in colour or B&W to the size of an A3 page. Prices on application for designing and printing of brochures, flyers, certificates and posters. Training A varied range of courses in different office packages will be published in the Preston Press. Any Fees applicable are to be paid on registration. If one-on-one training is preferred, that can also be arranged. Job Search and Job Board As a community service, a “job board” is maintained to help job seekers. We have a designated computer to use for checking the Job Search websites. The first half an hour is free then normal rates apply. Normal charges apply for any printing or photocopying that may be requested. We are an NDIS Access Point The Donnybrook CRC has come together with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS) to act as an Access Point for their services where you can access online and printed information and payments and call the NDIS with provided phones. |

We work alongside two trusted providers — InCasa Aged Care and Community Services, and HomeMade Community Partnerships — giving you real choice in how your support is delivered.
